Shipping + Handling
Earthbound Elements uses USPS Priority Mail for all shipments of product in the United States only. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. We will ship orders out no later than 3 business days after the purchase unless the quantity does not meet in stock inventory.

Every customer will receive an e-mail confirming their shipment with an attached invoice and tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen product.
 

Returns
Earthbound Elements strives to ensure quality product and satisfaction to all of our customers. Customer service is our number one priority.

If product does not meet satisfaction or if it is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product.

If you are returning product, you must obtain an official return authorization form by contacting us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has been damaged during shipment or if the wrong product has been shipped in error. We strongly advise return shipments with a tracking number, as we will not take responsibility for lost product.

Candles must be unburned to receive a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines. All sales are final.
